Today, we had lots of fun learning how to brew a cup of coffee. It is also the first time we conduct a coffee brew short class from a Café . Firstly, we choose the coffee bean that we wanted and put into a coffee scoop. After that, we are taught to pressed the beans inside the scoop to make it equal. Then we bring the scoop to the machine and make the bloom! Hot water forces the coffee beans to turn into coffee and here comes the best part of it. Wonderful coffee aroma can be enjoyed during the process.
After that, we are taught to pour a simple latte art by using milk. Some of us even learned to decorate the coffee art with caramel. Drinking a cup of coffee is easy but making a cup of good coffee isn't easy. We are glad and thankful because we were given this opportunity to learn the basics of brewing a cup of coffee.
